Here is a selection of retellings I think you should add to your TBR list in 2022.

But despite the love the two of them have, the danger that Eury is in could pull them apart forever.

The first book in a new young adult fantasy series. Legendborn is a retelling of the Arthurian legend of the Knights at the Round Table. Bree Matthews is mourning her late mother when she discovers that she’s a member of the Legendborn, a secret society for the descendants of the Knights of the Round Table. A magical war is coming and Bree has to decide whether to join the fight or use her newly discovered magic to take the secretive and dangerous society down.

A Dark Ages/Arthurian retelling based on the British Ballad ‘The Twa Sisters’. This story also features some classic Arthurian characters like Tristan and Merlin (known as Mrydhin). Set during the time when Saxons were invading and conquering Britain, three siblings become entangled in a web of treachery and their stories are going to shape the destiny of Britain.
