A historical novel set in the 1926 at Christmas time. Daisy is a a young and privileged woman’s I love with a man beneath her station. But one year at her family’s Christmas Ball, she ends up with three romantic approaches. But not from the man she actually loves. When she returns the following year, engaged to another she has to face her feelings for the housekeeper’s son.
An emotional read about two strangers, struggling at Christmas and connected by letters. It’s a romantic story that will warm even the iciest of hearts this winter.
And finally, for book lovers and Christmas fans a like The Christmas Bookshop by Jenny Colgan.
