30 Day Challenge | Results & Next Challenge
So September marked my first 30-day challenge and honestly… it didn’t go great.
As a recap, here are the challenges I set myself:
I succeeded in the challenge for the first 7 days. And then my planning went to shit.
Partly this was because I went on holiday, but also because I forgot.
Here are the tasks I succeeded in:
- Go bra-less for a day.
- Have a glass of wine
- Wear a face mask
- Look at old pictures
- Clear out my social media accounts
- Track your habits in a journal
- Paint your nails
I also did – go for a walk, listen to a podcast/audiobook and learn something new.
But I didn’t do any of the rest. At least, not on their designated days.
I’m not categorizing this as a failure but as a trial. And I want to do another challenge – one where I plan for it better! And set reminders so I don’t forget and I document them daily.
With that in mind, I am now going to choose my next 30-day Challenge for October.
October’s 30-Day Challenge is… NO-SPEND CHALLENGE!
So… to stop the other issues from arising again I am now going to put all of the challenges into my phone with a daily reminder. I am going to try and document it in my Instagram stories every day, and I’ve made a Pinterest board add to it in order to focus and keep myself inspired.
