A Books, Career & Lifestyle Blog
An archive of posts involving my 30-day challenges. For 30 days I follow a set of rules I create the month before and do challenges with a specific aim.
In the past I have completed a self-care challenge, a no-spend month and a New in November challenge where I tried a new food everyday for 30 days.
I round-up my successes and failures at the end of the month and recap on what I experienced and how I think it went.
Each month is tailored towards a goal I want to work on at the time. Whether that be putting aside some savings to utilising my time after work to the best of my ability.
30 day challenges are a great way to not only test yourself but also test others. Get others to track your progress or join in with the challenge and see what results you can get together.
In the past I’ve worked with colleagues to try new things after they criticised me for the lack of fruit in my diet. The end results were hilarious and very cheering.
For a list of idea on 30 day challenges check out my original post which includes printable challenges for you to start with, including photography and food challenges. Or better still make your own and have fun with it.
You never know what you can achieve when you set your mind to something so why not start with one of these 30 day challenges as I did. And let me know how you get on.
